I’m HawthornWild12691, if anyone wants to connect there. My wand is ebony, 11 inches, with phoenix feather, supple. And I’m in Hufflepuff. And I couldn’t be happier with either of those, I didn’t even have to lie about anything (I’m kind of Gryfflepuff anyway by temperament, so I wasn’t sure which one I’d get). :-) I have a black cat, too. It’s really cool to finally find out about the Hufflepuff common room, which is the only one you don’t see in the main series. It will be interesting to find out if there’s any more Hufflepuff information in this thing, because you really didn’t hear much about them at all in the books. And they sounded so interesting.

It’s really the only house I’d be completely comfortable in, even though I’m curious about the others. Interesting quote from the welcome messsage: “So, as you can see, we’ve produced more than our fair share of powerful, brilliant and daring witches and wizards, but, just because we don’t shout about it, we don’t get the credit we deserve.” Which is pretty much what I always suspected was going on. I’m going to need a headcount of spectrumites who are also puffs. So far all of the people I follow on tumblr who have been sorted and are autistic are in Hufflepuff, myself included.
